1Definitions & Interpretation

The terms used in these Terms & Conditions have the following meanings:

• "Platform" refers to the pk71 website, applications and all associated services.
• "User" or "Player" refers to any person registered and active on the pk71 platform.
• "Account" refers to the user's complete registration record, including their personal profile, balance and gaming history.
• "Bonus" refers to any welcome bonus, cashback or promotional offer provided by pk71.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the betting conditions that must be met before funds earned from a bonus can be withdrawn.

2Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The pk71 platform is for persons aged 21 or over only. By registering you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. If it is later proven that a user opened an account below the required age, that account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds and bonuses will be forfeited.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all of them will be closed and the balances held in them may be forfeited. Accounts are non-transferable — allowing anyone else to use your account is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be complete, true and accurate. If an account is opened with false information, pk71 reserves the right to suspend or cancel that account at any time. If your details change, please notify the support team immediately.

2.4 Account Security

It is your own responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) fully confidential. If anyone else accesses your account, you will be personally responsible for any transactions carried out during that time. 3Bonuses & Promotions

3.1 Welcome Bonus

pk71 offers new players a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Depositing ৳10,000 adds the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, for a total of ৳15,000.

3.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirement has been met.
• pk71 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer; advance notice will be given if changes are made.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account may be subject to investigation.

3.3 VIP Cashback Program

pk71's VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier has a different weekly cashback rate: up to 0.2% for Bronze, 0.4% for Silver, 0.6% for Gold, 0.8% for Platinum and 1.0% for Diamond. Regular play gives you the opportunity to advance to the next tier.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The approved methods for depositing funds at pk71 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method. Providing accurate details at the time of deposit is mandatory — pk71 will not be responsible for any failed deposit caused by incorrect information.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process. Funds will be returned via the same method used for the deposit.

4.3 Transaction Responsibility

• It is the user's own responsibility to verify that deposit and withdrawal details are correct.
• For bank transfers, major Bangladeshi banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank or BRAC Bank may be used.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, pk71 may place withdrawals on hold until an investigation is complete.

5Gaming Rules

5.1 General Gaming Policy

pk71 offers various types of games including slots, live casino and cricket betting. Each game has its own rules and players must follow them. If a game remains incomplete due to a technical error, pk71 will determine the result based on the game provider's logs.

5.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game and market. These limits are displayed in the game interface and may change at any time. Sports betting markets are explained through general examples.

5.3 Technical Issues

pk71 will not be responsible for any loss of a bet amount if a game is left incomplete due to internet disconnection or device error. Users are advised to ensure a stable internet connection themselves.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk71 platform:

• Abusing the bonus system, such as repeatedly claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Using any automated software, bots or scripts to play games.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to pk71's systems or breaching platform security.
• Colluding with other players or cheating in relation to game outcomes.
• Operating an account using a false identity or fabricated information.

In the event of any of the above violations, pk71 reserves the right to close the account immediately, forfeit all balances and take legal action if necessary.

7Privacy & Security

pk71 uses SSL encryption technology to keep your personal and financial information secure. You can find full details of how your information is collected, used and stored on the Privacy Policy page. pk71 will never ask for your password or banking PIN — if you receive any such request, notify the support team immediately.

8Limitation of Liability

pk71 makes every effort to provide a safe and reliable service. However, pk71's liability is limited in the following cases:

• pk71 is not directly responsible if a third-party service (such as a payment gateway or game provider) fails.
• pk71 is not liable for compensation if the platform is temporarily unavailable due to unavoidable circumstances (natural disaster, government order, cyber attack).
• pk71 is not responsible for any loss to an account caused by the user's own negligence.

9Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Closure at the User's Request

Any user may close their account of their own will. The eligible balance in the account at the time of the request (excluding bonuses and funds where wagering requirements have not been met) can be withdrawn.

9.2 Closure by pk71

pk71 may suspend or close an account at any time for the following reasons: breach of the Terms, suspicion of fraud, failure to complete verification or a legal requirement. In such cases, an attempt will be made to notify the user at their registered contact address.

10Changes to Terms

pk71 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. For significant changes, at least seven days' notice will be given — by email or through an announcement on the platform. Continued use of the platform after a change takes effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

11Responsible Gaming
